Between October and March, we switch production to our nurseries in Spain and other countries that allow us to maintain the continuity of a full 52 week supply with full control over traceability. With a total of over 200 acres, they’re partly owned and partly run with strategic partners who grow in exactly the same ways and to the same high quality standards as we do in the UK. The temperature-controlled vehicle fleet delivering nationally and internationally is the same to keep produce fresh. With flexible planning we can also manage the production of short term crops.
