Helping to fight food waste with The Felix Project

By October 11, 2018 No Comments

The Felix Project provides food for nearly 3 million meals per year, and is growing. Since starting in March 2016, they work with around 200 charities and 200 suppliers helping disadvantaged adults and children get access to high quality food. Good food that can’t be sold is saved by suppliers, and The Felix Project deliver the fresh, in-date food to charities. People who would otherwise go hungry, have delicious, healthy meals!

From October 2018, Glinwell is proud to support The Felix Project by supplying excess produce and produce that may have gone to waste to help provide healthy meals to those in need.
