Ingredients
- 2 sweet Ramiro peppers (makes 6 small wraps)
- a large hand full of Rocket salads leaves
- 90grms of cream cheese (or Philadelphia spread with chives)
- Small bunch of chives
- Salt and pepper to season
Preparation
- Roast the peppers under a grill until they blister
- Remove the skin and any seeds
- Cut into strips approx. 2 inches wide (approx. 3 strips per pepper)
- Spread cream cheese (or use Philadelphia with chives)
- Sprinkle chopped chives
- Add approx. 10 leaves of rocket salad leaves
- Season with Salt and pepper
- Then roll up the strip keeping in all the ingredients
